The company behind the initials
The name on the truck is a person.
CPR is Cipriano Robles. Twenty-two years on jobsites before the company carried his initials, and a standard that was set with a trowel long before it was written into a contract.
The story
Field first. Always was.
Cipriano Robles Flores spent two decades building for other companies: concrete, framing, paint, the trades that make up a finished building. In 2023 the work started carrying his own name. In 2025, CPR Construction & Renovation Group was formed with a single focus, the school and city projects most contractors talk themselves out of.
The reasoning was simple. Public work rewards exactly what a field-first company is good at: showing up, hitting windows, keeping records straight and finishing clean. The paperwork that scares contractors away is just another trade to master, and we mastered harder ones.

Document Everything
Public work is judged in the file as much as on the slab. Our paperwork arrives the way auditors expect it.
Finish Clean
Punch lists closed, site swept, keys handed back. The last day of a job is the one people remember.
MBE certified, and it counts.
CPR is a certified Minority Business Enterprise. For school districts, cities and prime contractors carrying participation goals, working with CPR is not just good building, it is documented progress toward the numbers your program reports. The certificate travels with our bid paperwork.
