Yes. We hold a current California Department of Industrial Relations public works contractor registration, the legal requirement for bidding and performing public projects in this state. The registration number rides on every bid response and prequalification packet we submit.

Yes, and it is not a special occasion here. Wage determinations are reviewed when we price the job, fringe obligations are built into the number, and certified payroll goes out weekly. Our workers' comp classifications already include prevailing-wage painting and concrete sitework.

Six: concrete and flatwork, painting including prevailing-wage packages, framing and structural, asphalt and paving, grading and sitework, and drywall and finishes. Self-performing is why our schedules hold: the critical trades answer to our superintendent, not someone else's.

CPR is a certified Minority Business Enterprise. If your project carries participation goals, contracting with CPR counts toward them, and we hand over the certificate with our bid paperwork so your compliance file is complete without chasing us.

California CSLB license #1128500, Class B General Building, active and in good standing. It is held by our affiliate CPR General Contractor Inc, the licensed operating company under the same ownership, and carries a $25,000 contractor's bond plus workers' compensation through the State Fund. Both. We carry trade packages as a sub to prime general contractors on larger public programs, and we contract directly with districts and cities on packages sized for our crews. Either way the paperwork arrives complete.
