Class B General Building. Corporation. Issued October 2024, expires October 2028. Held by affiliate CPR General Contractor Inc, the licensed operating company in our family. Verify it in sixty seconds at cslb.ca.gov.
Registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations, the legal requirement for bidding and performing public works. The registration number rides on every bid response and prequalification packet we submit.
Certified MBE. For agencies and primes with participation goals, CPR counts, and we document it: the certificate accompanies our bid paperwork and renews on schedule.
Bond #100894223 with American Contractors Indemnity Company, on file with the CSLB.
