Terms of Service
Effective September 2026. These terms cover use of this website. Actual construction work is governed by written contracts, not by a web page.
The website
This website is operated by CPR Construction & Renovation Group, Inc. of Perris, California. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information, not an offer
Content on this site describes our company, capabilities and credentials for general information. It is not a bid, a quote, or an offer to contract. Pricing, scope and schedule for any project are established only in a written agreement signed by both parties. Descriptions of representative project types illustrate the categories of work we perform.
Bid invitations and inquiries
Submitting the contact or bid invitation form does not create a contractual relationship. It is an invitation for us to respond. Response timeframes stated on the site are goals we take seriously, not guarantees.
Licensing
Construction services are performed under California CSLB license #1128500, Class B General Building, held by our affiliate CPR General Contractor Inc. License status can be verified with the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform work outside the scope of that license.
Intellectual property
The design, text and graphics of this site belong to CPR Construction & Renovation Group, Inc. or its licensors. You may print or save pages for evaluating our company, including the capability statement, which exists to be shared. Republishing site content commercially requires written permission.
No warranties on site content
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided as-is. Credential details change on their own schedules (renewals, expirations), so verify time-sensitive facts through the official databases or with us directly before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CPR Construction & Renovation Group, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here affects the terms of any signed construction contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California.
